Klaus & Sons is one of the best HVAC companies. I have worked with for my home as a construction project manager. I will tell you they lead in this industry for their clients. They not only installed our system, but also have maintained it for the last five years. Their service fees have been more than fair compared to others reached out to . And their customer service and workers are impeccable. I highly recommend and will continue to use them.

(8-10) COD. Spoke with Candace. She has a leak in her ceiling that she thinks is coming from the drain. Per Jesse, he quoted her $289 for you to please perform a leak detection and give estimates for repair; only 1/2 of the fee will be applicable to the repair job, if accepted. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
(1-3) COD. Spoke with Dynae. She is the homeowner. She said that the water line to her fridge from her sink has a pinhole leak. She also has a bit of a leak under her sink, she thinks it just needs to be sealed up. She currently has the water shut off to her home because using the local shutoff wasn't preventing the leak at the fridge line, NO RUNNING WATER! Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
